What data we collect
When you send a journey request we receive the details you choose to give us: your name, email, phone, country and city of residence, travel dates, number of travelers, budget range, how you heard about us and your message. The request is sent by your own email app or WhatsApp; the website itself does not store it.
Why we use it
We use your data only to answer your request, design and quote your journey and, if you go ahead, to arrange your travel services. The legal basis is your consent and the steps you ask us to take before a travel contract. If you tick the newsletter box, we will also send you journey ideas and news; you can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
We only share your data with the hotels, guides, transport companies and other suppliers needed to arrange the journey you book, and with authorities when the law requires it. Some suppliers may be outside the European Union; in that case we only transfer the data needed for your journey.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to answer you and for up to two years afterwards, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Booking data is kept for the periods required by Spanish tax and consumer law.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or move your data, object to its use, or withdraw your consent, by writing to infovolareexperience@gmail.com. You can also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, aepd.es).
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver them.
Travel terms
Each journey is offered under its own written proposal and booking conditions, in line with Spanish package travel law. These are sent to you before you confirm any booking.
